Canadian Beer Trays

 

 

Home
 		 I've long been a great admirer of Canadian life, culture, and particularly beer.  Some of the finest vacations I've enjoyed have been in Ontario and in the Maritime Provinces.  In 2000, I was fortunate enough to spend time at the Stratford Festival in Stratford , Ontario, and to see the Guess Who in Peterborough during their first concert tour in 15 years.  I can also lay claim to being one of few non-Canadians to ever set foot on Sable Island, Nova Scotia, having once spent four weeks there doing scientific research in 1978.  So it's only natural that I should have a few Canadian items in my collection.  

Shown below are a few of the more interesting trays that I have acquired from breweries in Canada.  Many of them are enamel on metal and date from the 1920s and 1930s.
